In this day and age of drastic changes and economic challenges, broken pieces of glass are a ubiquitous metaphor for destruction. However, in a period of growing discontent within the European Union, this might just as well be interpreted as a manifestation of underlying social problems. In my project I’ve tried to go even further and demonstrate, with as little bias as possible, how destruction might well be the first step towards a new beginning.
